Cohesion Policy Regulations 2021-2027:
Implementing New Programmes

Description
What’s inside the box of the Programming Period 2021- 2027? What does “smarter”, “greener”, “circular economy” and “energy transition” really mean for national economies? How to transform these vast ideas into local solutions? How to formulate programmes, projects and indicators to respond to factual needs and challenges?
We have all been hit hard by COVID-19. The EU Member States are now in the process of wrapping up the previous financial perspective, getting ready to implement the Resilience and Recovery Fund and amidst all this, all documents for the new programming period need to be prepared. As the administrative capacity is limited, preparation is key if we want to succeed. Partaking in our workshop will give you all the necessary tools to facilitate the process of preparation. And because in ESIFA we know that learning has to be hands-on to be effective, our expert in programming Grzegorz Orawiec will take you through all the practicalities with the help of teamwork exercises and case study based discussions.
The workshop will cover the following issues:
- The different aspects of the 2021- 2027 budget
- Main rules and priorities
- Mapping the EU Funds system 2021-2027 in practice
- Integrated territorial development
- Sustainable urban planning and investing
- Integrated Territorial Investments 2021-2027 in practice
- EU Funds 2021 – 2027 for entrepreneurship
- Preparation and implementation of National / Regional Innovation Strategy based on EU Funds 2021-2027 (the World Bank approach)
- Practical programming EU Funds 2021 – 2027 at the national and regional level
