Description
How to use effectively European Structural and Investment Funds and Recovery and Resilience Facility to finance construction projects? How to ensure proper selection process of construction projects and how to be sure that the state aid rules are observed? What are the most significant risks, problems and challenging issues in relation with the implementation of the construction projects? How to perform effective and efficient monitoring, management verifications and audit of construction projects?
Answering these questions is the key point of the advanced course on management, control and audit of construction projects, financed by the ESIF and RRF in the new programming period 2021-2027.
The participants will gain practical knowledge and know-how on the selection, management, control and audit of construction projects. They will get to know what are the common problems and challenges in the management and realization of construction projects. The participants will get also in dept understanding how to perform state aid verifications, what are the state aid issues and challenges, including those in the low emission transport sector, what are the recent findings of the European Court of Auditors and how to ensure the state aid rules are respected in relation with the construction projects.
The workshop offers unique combination of practical skills and knowhow covering all essential stages of the realization of the construction projects: selection, management, verifications, monitoring and audit of construction projects with plenty of examples, case studies and discussion panels, where the participants will be able to raise questions and case studies.We believe learning happens best with practical knowledge and discussing realistic, lifelike, and complicated cases and real examples.
