Description
In times of crisis and distress, it is even more important than ever to ensure that projects funded by the European Union are used effectively and efficiently to bring the expected and so much needed relief and green evolution to our economy. Ensuring that this happens is the main goal of the management and control systems of EU Funds, RRF and Green Deal.
At ESIFA, we want to provide you with the newest knowledge and sophisticated tools to innovate in risk management and selection of operations, management verifications, implementation of effective and proportional anti-fraud measures. Participation in this workshop will enable you and your team to excel in system and operation audits.
The workshop will provide you with knowledge and practice on:
• the newest intelligence tools and techniques,
• robotics and sophisticated devices,
• special software and data analysis,
• risk scoring tools.Participants will be provided with the opportunity to learn how to think unconventionally in risk analysis while performing verifications and audits. You will develop your expertise in thinking ‘like a fraudster’ to catch the fraudster willing to abuse EU Funds by analyzing and sharing real cases of fraud and corruption.
After the completion of the first day of the Workshop, we are inviting participants to a get-together dinner and a walking tour in Lisbon
