Managing State Aid:
Expert Case Studies and Challenges

Porto
1900 EUR
  • Description

The correct application of the State Aid rules can be challenging but is essential for the functioning of the Single Market. It allows to avoid irregularities and financial corrections and, ultimately, to implement quality investments.

The European Commission modernised the State Aid rules by making them less bureaucratic and more transparent. However, the changes placed greater responsibility on Member States for designing and implementing aid measures. This requires a particular attention and a continuous effort in increasing awareness. Our Practical Training is focused on real life case studies, providing Participants with practical insight in professional management of the State Aid.
