An expert in the areas of: Long-term planning and programming in European Union standards and national methodology; Multilevel governance, including policies and strategies, and integration of administrative governance; Regional and urban development; European cohesion policy and EU structural funds and Cohesion Fund; Public aid (state aid) in accordance with EU treaty provisions; Economic and financial analyses of projects financed from European Union funds; Public finances, state budget and EU budget; Modern management methods in public administration: performance budgeting, management control, management by goals, process management, competence management, project management, assessment of effectiveness and efficiency of achieving goals and tasks.



Professional experience


An assistant professor at the Warsaw School of Economics. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdansk. He studied at the doctoral studies at the College of Economic Analyses School of Economics. He has published 25 reviewed articles.
He conducted over 18,000 lectures for the Ministries, Local Governments, Police, National Center for Research and Development, Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland and others.
He has prepared over 70 expert opinions and evaluations in the field of economic and financial analyses, public finances, public aid and performance budget, strategies and long-term plans, among others for the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Investments and Development, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, Marshal Offices, the Chancellery of the Polish Sejm and OECD. He also designed the assumptions for two acts and the full texts of these acts.
An expert assessing projects financed from EU funds from the national list of Ministry of Economy and Rural Development, Digital Poland Project Centre, Police, National Center for Research and Development, Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
Lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics and the National School of Public Administration.
He currently runs his own business in the area of public administration consultancy and training.
