Professional experience


Bartosz has started his career with EU funds in 1997, dealing with the PHARE pre-accession programme. He has been professionally engaged in migration funds since Poland’s accession to the EU in 2004. He got his experience from the management of the European Refugee Fund I and II and subsequently from 3 funds of the General Programme “Solidarity and Management of Migration Flows”: European Fund for the Integration of Third Country Nationals, European Return Fund and European Refugee Fund. He is currently implementing Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, for which he has an extensive first-hand experience.
His primary competence and responsibility is preparation of EU funds’ M&C systems and procedures as well as their day-to-day implementation in areas such as: call plan-ning and selection of project proposals, contracting, supervision of project implemen-tation, project control, clearance of accounts, monitoring, evaluation, programming, design and preparation of implementation structures and documents, reporting, draft-ing funding applications.
