Expert on Public Procurement
Dariusz Koba was involved in establishing public procurement system in Poland in 1994-95. Since then he is fully involved in public procurement issues:
In 1994-95, working in Council of Ministers Office and in Public Procurement Office (Director of Training and Promotion Unit) he was responsible for establishing of training system which induced that several thousands of public employees were trained in the first period of implementation of procurement system in Poland.
In 1996-99 he worked as an expert in public procurement in Warsaw Municipality, advising in many projects.
Simultaneously, up to 2014, he was a member of the board of Public Procurement Centre ltd. (and subsidiary PPC Educational Forum ltd.), involved to a different extent in variety of procurements of goods, services and construction works according to:
Since 1996 and up to now he is also the owner of Koba Consulting Group.
Education: master of law, MA in social problems, prevention and re-education, diploma of the National School of Public Administration
Married with Anna, they have seven children and try to live a simple life on a village near Warsaw.
