Expert on State Aid and public transport regulation
Stefan Akira Jarecki has been dealing with State Aid rules and issues on pro-competitive regulation in railway and public transport sectors in different public bodies for over 10 years. He is working for the Polish Ministry of investment and Economic Development. In the Ministry he is responsible for compliance of EU fund intervention under Operational Programme for Environment and Infrastructure 2014-2020 with State Aid Rules
lecturer at the Warsaw School of Information Technology (WIT) under the auspices of Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN), Lech Kaczynski National School of Public Administration (KSAP) and at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University (UKSW) in Warsaw. Completed PhD in law. Member of the Warsaw Seminar of Axiology of Administration (WSAA).
Author of the book titled “Models of pro-competitive law solutions in the area of rail passenger transport” (Warsaw, 2013) and about 40 scientific articles. Speaker at numerous workshops and conferences on State Aid and transport-related topics.
