Łukasz Żewakowski is a certified programme and project manager with more than
12 years of experience in management of large scale international projects and development of management & control systems for various financial instruments in the area of security and home affairs.
Since 2005 he was involved in the process of preparation of Poland to join the Schengen area. He specialized in management of IT projects and improvement of management and control procedures.
From 2006 he worked as Programme/Project Manager of the whole SOLID Programme and two editions of Norwegian Financial Mechanism. From 2015 he took over responsibility for management of the Internal Security Fund. For each instrument he was responsible for development of management and control systems, audit trails, elaboration of national programmes and project assessment.
In his career as Project Manager he successfully implemented over 80 projects worth around 250 MEUR.
Łukasz has MA in Economics with faculties on project management and international economic relations.
