Professional experience


He has been working in the area of EU assistance for over 13 years. In the years 2003-2006 he was responsible for monitoring and coordination of Phare programme and for the preparation of Transition Facility in the Office of the Committee for European Integration. Since 2007 he has been responsible for the management of the Technical Assistance Operational Programme and for Development Aid projects.

He holds an M.A. in political sciences. He speaks English, French and German. He is married and has three children.
