Assistant professor and a civil engineer, PhD in project management, with proven ex-perience in public administration of EU projects in water sector.
She has a sound knowledge on development and implementation of management systems on construction projects, including risks, prognostic tools, analysis and re-porting; as well as experience on managing technical assistance and flood protection projects under the ESI Funds.

Professional experience

For more than 8 years she has worked in Croatian waters, Intermediate Body Level 2 for EU co-financed water projects in Croatia; currently as a Head of Management Sys-tem Development Department in Sector for EU co-financed projects, risk manager and technical assistance project manager. She has an experience of managing and control of projects co-financed under IPA and ESI Funds. She has worked as a team leader or member in creation and implementation of many different systems for man-aging construction projects, including business analysis, procedures optimization, risk management, IT tools customization and reporting.
She is a certified project manager (level C) under the provisions of International Pro-ject Management Association (IPMA), also certified in the field of public procurement. She is an author of many scientific and expert works in a field of project management and EU funding.
She is engaged as an Assistant Professor on International University Alma Mater Eu-ropaea and as a Senior Lecturer on Zagreb’s University of Applied Sciences. She also owns a scientific title of Research Associate in scientific area of technical sciences – field construction.
