Expert on European law and economic law analysis
Artur Nowak-Far is a Law professor, an associate proffesor at the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw in the field of EU commercial law. He is the tea of the Law Institute at the Warsaw School of Economics. Professor Nowak-Far, studied law at the University of A. Mickiewicz in Poznań. He was an Undersecretary of State within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the period 2013-2015.
He was a scholarship holder of the European Commission at the University of Copenhagen, the Kosciuszko Foundation at Kellstedt Graduate School of Business Administration and at DePaul University in Chicago. In 1996 he received a doctoral degree at the University of Economics in Poznań, and in 2001 he obtained a postdoctoral degree at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz.
Professor Nowak-Far is a founding member of the Polish Association of European Law and a member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
He is the author of numerous books and publications as well as expert opinions in the field of European law and economic law analysis. As the MFA informs, he speaks English, Danish, Russian, German and Czech. He is married, has two children.
