Expert on Financial Instruments
Expert in the areas of regional and urban development, including policies and technical regulations; financial instruments including creation, management and administrative and on-the-spot verifications.
Worked for 10 years in the Managing Authority of the National Operational Program for Agriculture under the Third Community Support Framework where she developed management and monitoring activities and was responsible for the Control and Audit Unit.
From 2010 to 2013, worked at the Nature Conservation Authority where she was responsible for the internal audit department and head of the merger process between that public body and the Forest Authority, also a public entity.
In 2013, she participated in the Portuguese Government, in the area of public policy for land planning, including in the participated in the negotiations for the definition of the Community Support Framework 14-20 for Portugal.
Since 2015, she is head of technical unit of the IFRRU2020 Management Structure, a fund of funds created under ESIF funds for urban rehabilition and revitalisation.
