Graduated Faculty of Law and Ad-ministration at Jagiellonian University in Cracow, completed postgraduated studies: copyright and related rights (Institute of Intellectual Property Law, Cracow) and public procurement (AGH University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Management, Cracow).

Working in the field of public procurement since 2003. Experience includes implementation of large purchasing projects (i.a. cubature objects like entertainment hall, airport terminal, construction of roads and railway lines), both direct participation in the preparation and conduct of the procurement proceedings and assistance in the process of preparing and conducting proceedings on behalf of procuring institutions, as well as consultancy for contractors taking part in such procedures. Many of those procurements were financed through EU funds in Poland. Acting as a proxy of parties in arbitration.
She held managerial positions at PKP PLK S.A. (Polish railway authority) and GDDKiA (Polish Road Authority) in Warsaw.
She is the author and co-author of many texts devoted to the subject of public procurement, including “Handbook for investors of infrastructure projects”, “Sustainable public procurement in practice – model social and environmental clauses” or “Public Procurement Law. Comment”.
