Operational Programme Closure:
Practical Insights

Lisbon
1900 EUR (excl. VAT)
  • Description

    It is time of wrapping up the Operational Programmes. How to plan the process to reconcile with the implementation of the new Multiannual Financial Framework, programming, and implementation of the Next Generation EU (NGEU)? How to best address issues concerning the eligibility of expenditures and completion of actions? How to draw your ultimate timeline?

    As administrative capacity in ESI Funds Management is limited, also because of COVID-19 and the EU recovery measures, the key matter is careful and thorough planning. Participating in our two-day workshop will respond to all your questions and doubts on how to succeed with the closing process. And because in ESIFA we believe that learning has to be practical in order to be beneficial, our expert Artur Bartoszewicz will discuss with you real case studies and best practices arising.

    The workshop will cover the following issues:

    • Lessons from the experience for the next programming period: closing of the operational programs 2014-2020;
    • Preparing for Programme Closure 2021-2027 in practice: legal framework and guidelines;
    • Relationship with the Commission;
    • Eligible expenditure at closure and public aid;
    • Certified statement of final expenditure, final payment application
